Clothing washing vehicle, also known as washing support vehicle or emergency washing vehicle, is mainly equipped with clothing washing and drying equipment. It integrates multiple functions such as washing, drying, and hanging ironing, and is easy to operate and use with a high degree of automation. It provides clothing cleaning for firefighters and the public at the scene of fire rescue, floods, and other disasters, and can wash up to 100kg of dry weight clothing in one hour; Drying takes 40-50 minutes.
Technical configuration of clothing washing vehicle:
1.Cabin and ventilation sunroof: The cabin of the washing car is equipped with a ventilation sunroof, which helps with ventilation and exhaust, ensures internal air circulation, and improves the comfort of the working environment.
2.Pull up ladder and activity ladder: The vehicle is equipped with 304 stainless steel pull up ladder and aluminum alloy activity ladder for easy operation and maintenance of the upper equipment of the vehicle.
3.Hydraulic power unit: The hydraulic power unit may be used to drive some key components of the washing vehicle, providing necessary power.
4.Spiral support legs: Four spiral support legs are used to stabilize the washing vehicle and ensure smooth parking during use.
5.Washing and drying machine: This washing cart is equipped with a 25kg washing and drying machine for efficient cleaning and drying of bedding.
6.Organizing the ironing table: The organizing ironing table is used to organize and iron washed bedding, ensuring that they are neat and orderly.
7.Washing machine: The washing machine may be used for additional cleaning work.
8.Folding tables and drying racks: There are four 304 stainless steel folding tables and a large number of stainless steel drying racks used for handling and drying bedding.
9.Mobile drying racks: Six sets of mobile drying racks provide more drying options.
10.Power distribution system: The vehicle is equipped with a 40KW diesel generator and distribution cabinet to ensure the reliability of power supply.
11.Auxiliary battery and charging inverter integrated machine: These devices are used for backup power supply and power conversion to ensure the power demand of vehicles.
12.Auxiliary systems: including 360 degree driving recorder, automatic charging and inflation device, lightning protection grounding system, lightning rod, heater, clothing storage rack, oil pump, fire extinguisher, etc., providing the safety and convenience of the vehicle.
13.Waterway system: including a 1000 liter 304 stainless steel clean water tank, a 200 liter 304 stainless steel sewage tank, soft water bags, water purifiers, and booster pumps to ensure water resource supply and water quality treatment.
