Box configuration:
1. Dimensions of the trunk: 6300/6450 × 2500 × 2470mm.
Cabin body: equipped with transportation, rain protection, fire prevention, flame retardancy, dust prevention, rust prevention, drying reduction, seismic isolation, and long-term seismic resistance structure. The external steel is high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with a smooth surface treatment, and the inner lining is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate bent skeleton, with firm strength and reasonable weight distribution.
2. Integrated steel structure design for the cabin, with a flat top. The cabin adopts a skeleton style sandwich form, and the outer skin is made of 1.5mm thick high-quality anti rust treated cold-rolled steel plate for automobiles. The middle skeleton is welded with anti rust treated steel pipes. The top layer, side walls, and outer layers are filled with fire-resistant, flame-retardant, and environmentally friendly sound-absorbing cotton that is harmless to the human body after long-term use. The outer layer is covered with a layer of flame-retardant metal cloth, and the interior is made of 0.8mm thick mesh panels. The bottom plate adopts a steel structure bottom frame, with a 2mm thick patterned steel plate laid on the upper surface.
3. The vehicle body adopts an overall wrapped design, with skirt style and fully enclosed structure on both sides of the lower part of the body. The top is arc-shaped, and the rear has turn signals, brake lights, taillights, and fog lights. The surface of the body is smooth and flat. The front part of the carriage near the driver's cab is the rest room, which is equipped with folding seats and folding tables. The rear part is the crew room, with air intake and exhaust windows arranged on the left and right sides of the crew room. There is also a crew maintenance door, a boarding step ladder, and a rear double door at the rear of the carriage. The lower part of the right exhaust louver is the maintenance observation cabin door. There are toolboxes and functional cabin doors set up on the lower left side. The lower right side is equipped with a car fuel tank compartment, hydraulic control compartment, etc.
4. The standard storage rack at the rear of the carriage allows for the orderly and non-interference storage of accessories such as water hoses and extended cables, making emergency drainage and rescue more efficient and effective.
5. Spray paint on the trunk: engineering yellow, the same color as the front of the car;
